Q: What do you charge for a project?
A: Our ballpark prices and project deliverables can be found on our Photo and Video pages - however, we’re open to tweaking some plans to accommodate your needs. If you have any questions about our pricing or packages, please reach out so we can connect further.
Q: Do you travel for projects?
A: We do! We’ll coordinate a shoot anywhere in MN or the surrounding states per availability (additional travel fees apply for distances greater than 50 miles from the Twin Cities). For longer distance shoots, please reach out so we can provide a more accurate quote.
Q: Do you “photoshop” all photo work?
A: We perform resizing, exposure and color corrections, stylistic enhancements and other subject based adjustments (blemish removal, teeth recolor, skin smoothing) to all photo work. We will not edit any part of your identity (scars, birthmarks, freckles, etc) unless specifically requested.
Q: how are my projects delivered?
A: We upload deliverable edited images and videos to a Google Drive which is then shared with you. All files are retained for 1 year minimum after your delivery date. Should our storage location change, a newly updated link will be sent via your provided email address as long as the files are kept in cloud storage. We attempt to hold onto files for as long as reasonably possible - should you need your delivered content resent, you can reach out to us via email at info@localnativemedia.com to request your files.
Q: Who owns the rights to my project files?
A: You as the client own and can use your deliverable edited files in any way you wish. We retain a limited right to use images taken for our portfolio on our website and social media marketing. Beyond that, you’re free to share, upload, print, and copy our edits of your delivered content as you please! The “RAW” files are generally not delivered or included in our packages. Transfer of “RAW” files requires a separate signed release form before content is released to be edited by a 3rd party. Edits of “RAW” photo or video content by a 3rd party should not be misrepresented as content produced by LNM.
Q: can i request raw photo or video files?
A: For a small additional fee on our highest tier wedding plans, we are willing to release RAW photo or video files as long as it’s pre-negotiated and a separate RAW file agreement is signed - please reach out with any additional questions on this.
Q: Do you work with LGBTQIA+ couples?
A: Of course! We believe love is love and firmly stand by our values of tolerance and equality.
